YES reserves the right to modify/change this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make major changes to this policy, we will notify you online, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page. By continuing to use the YES services after notice of changes have been sent to you or published on the YES website, you are consenting to the changes.

Personal Information Collected

The purpose of the YES website is to permit Job Seekers to voluntarily provide information about themselves for the purposes of YES finding proper consulting, contract or full time employment for Job Seekers. YES also provides a service for Employers to post job ads for Job Seekers to apply directly to. You willingly provide us certain personal information, which we collect in order to allow you to benefit from the YES website. If you have any hesitation about providing such information to us and/or having such information displayed on the YES website or otherwise used in any manner permitted in this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, you should not become a member of the YES community.

Currently, YES does not allow Employers to search the database of resumes uploaded to the site. Employers only receive your information when you directly apply for jobs or a YES consultant nominates you for a position after getting your permission.

Legal Disclaimer

It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law, such as responses to civil or criminal subpoenas, or other requests by law enforcement personnel. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, subpoena, or other legal process or request to YES brought in any country throughout the world, or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
